DAVID STARR Heads Abroad For Summer 2025 Acoustic UK Tour

with Erik Stucky

NASHVILLE, TN (July 17, 2025)...Blues and Americana singer/songwriter David Starr is heading across the pond for a series of intimate acoustic performances throughout the UK this summer. Alongside his mandolin player, Erik Stucky, Starr’s setlist will include songs from his latest album, Must Be Blue, as well as favorites from his rich catalog of originals. Known for his soulful voice, masterful acoustic guitar work, and emotionally rich songwriting, Starr will entertain new audiences with his signature stripped-down, storytelling-driven format.

Beginning July 26 he will begin in Hawick and continue on to perform in Kinross, Kilmarnock, Inverness-Shire, and Inverness, including a special set at the Trailer Trash Stage for “Scotland’s most-cherished family music & arts festival,” Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival, at 7:30pm on Thursday, July 31.

A Colorado-based artist with Arkansas roots, Starr has built a global fan base through his captivating live shows and collaborations with the likes of John Oates (Hall & Oates), John McEuen, Steve Cropper, Jim Lauderdale, and Wild Ponies, as well as opening for acts like America, Karla Bonoff, Jim Messina, Survivor, and more. His latest album, Must Be Blue, was released on GRAMMY®-winning label Quarto Valley Records, and has cemented his place in the contemporary Blues scene with his own interpretation of "Bluesicana" with acoustic elements. This UK tour offers fans a unique chance to see Starr in an intimate acoustic setting for a night full of stories and songs.
