Cedaredge, CO — Governor Jared Polis has announced singer-songwriter David Starr and arts advocate Cindy Starr as recipients of the 2025 Governor’s Creative Leadership Award, recognizing their profound impact on the arts and cultural development in Colorado.
David Starr, a celebrated Americana artist with more than ten acclaimed albums to his name, has long been a creative force in the Colorado music community.
